Guided by VeriViva
A voice guide asks only the approved questions, and the camera records video and audio.
Best for scale and shift patterns
Short, grounded vivas that fit around shifts, with a person reviewing the cases that matter and a clear record for every decision.

Verification starts from your own approved material: emergency plans, fire risk assessments, safety cases, permit-to-work procedures, allergen procedures or sales and recall procedures. Upload the approved documents you already use.
Replacing a file keeps its history, and each question set records the exact file it was made from. Your questions trace back to your procedures, not to generic training.

Demo data · names and figures are examples, not customer data
VeriViva drafts questions from a source, each with the passage it is based on, its purpose, the expected evidence and guidance for the reviewer. A coordinator edits and approves them before anyone is asked.
Every question carries A good answer, the essential points, and They would not, the unsafe actions. A good answer typically covers what to do, why, who to tell and what to record.

They would not
Assessed against: Keep fire doors closed; report defects to the property manager the same day
Removes the wedge and explains the smoke barrier, but the report is described as later in the week.

VeriViva is the evidence layer. Either VeriViva guides the viva or your assessor runs it, and you get the same evidence, provenance and audit trail whichever you use.
A voice guide asks only the approved questions, and the camera records video and audio.
Best for scale and shift patterns
Your assessor records typed responses with the person. It is also the route when someone can't be on camera.
Best for high-stakes and regulated contexts
People are told what the viva records and why, and consent before it starts. Before finishing, the participant checks their answers, marks anything that isn't what they said, and can add a note. Reviewers see both.
If someone can't be on camera, an assessor-led session records typed responses with them. Reasonable adjustments are part of the process, so nobody is penalised for how they take part.
VeriViva drafts a suggested measure for each response, with its confidence and rationale: Met, Mostly met, Partly met, Not evidenced or Needs review. The reviewer accepts or changes it, and says why when they differ.
You can review every response, or only the exceptions. With Review exceptions, clean high-confidence drafts are accepted automatically and marked, while Not evidenced, Needs review, low-confidence, participant-note and sampled responses always reach a person. In education, the AI suggestion is switched off.
Assessment is on content only. There is no facial, emotion, accent or honesty analysis, and confidence or fluency is never treated as evidence.

Viva decision
Your overall outcome, once every response has your decision.
Demo data · names and figures are examples, not customer data
A named person is always responsible for the overall Viva decision: evidenced, or follow-up needed. Every viva produces an evidence pack (transcript, sign-off and recording), versioned and fingerprinted, with every decision and change in the audit trail.
